Thomas P. Butler, President & Senior Partner, is a recognized expert in strategy development and crisis communications. He has worked on behalf of dozens of clients involved in complex trials and litigation, as well as the roll out and introduction of new concepts and client brands, establishing an extraordinary reputation with the media.

During parts of the last three decades, Tom who began his career as a Press Officer in New York's City Hall has been a leading media strategist and adviser to clients as diverse as Cornell University, Inc. magazine, Ferrari Motor Cars, Delta & Pine Land Company, Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers, Proskauer Rose LLP, New York State Troopers PBA. And in the wake of the 9-11 attacks, Mr. Butler oversaw communications for New York City's Firefighters, representing the Uniformed Firefighters Association of Greater New York.

Prior to founding the firm in 1996, Tom served as a Senior Vice President with the Corporate and Government Affairs Group at Dan Klores Communications and as a Vice President with Howard J. Rubenstein/ Rubenstein Associates, managing public relations for multiple publicly traded corporations, large real estate entities, non-profit organizations, and a variety of clients with significant community and public affairs concerns.

Mr. Butler serves as a director and key adviser to several major national and New York based business and philanthropic institutions, and is past Chairman of the Board of the National Council for Unity, a national non-profit organization devoted to keeping school children out of gangs and getting them into college.
